Results of an investigation indicate that Les Expéditions Héliportées Richcopter carrying on business as Richcopter is in contravention of section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act by publicly offering an air service for sale, by way of its Web site and its Facebook page, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service.
