FAI rent-a-jet Aktiengesellschaft

Contravention

(A) On or about February 22, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between Goose Bay, Newfoundland (CYYR) and Oslo, Norway (ENGM) via Keflavik, Iceland (BIKF) using a Learjet 55 bearing registration D-CONU, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(B) On or about March 02, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between Zurich, Switzerland (LSZH) and Vancouver, British Columbia (CYVR) via Bristol, UK (EGGD) using a BD-700 Global Express bearing registration D-AFAM, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(C) On or about March 14, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between Vienna, Austria (LOWW) and Kelowna, British Columbia (CYLW) via Keflavik, Iceland (BIKF) and Iqaluit, Nunavut (CYFB) using a Learjet 60 bearing registration D-CNUE, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(D) On or about March 26, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between Barbados (TBPB) and St. John's, Newfoundland (CYYT) via L.F. Wade International Airport, Bermuda (TXKF) using a Learjet 60 bearing registration D-CFAN, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(E) On or about March 28, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between St. John's, Newfoundland (CYYT) and London Stansted Airport (EGSS) using a Bombardier Challenger 604 bearing registration D-AFAI, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(F) On or about April 30, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between Goose Bay, Newfoundland (CYYR) and Copenhagen, Denmark (EKCH) via Keflavik, Iceland (BIKF) using a Learjet 60 bearing registration D-CNUE, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(G) On or about May 03, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between Budapest, Hungary (LHBP) and Goose Bay, Newfoundland (CYYR) via Keflavik, Iceland (BIKF) using a Learjet 60 bearing registration D-CNUE, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(H) On or about June 09, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between Goose Bay, Newfoundland (CYYR) and Exeter, United Kingdom (EGTE) via Keflavik, Iceland (BIKF) using a Learjet 60 bearing registration D-CNUE, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(I) On or about June 11, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between Teterboro, New Jersey (KTEB) and Toronto, Ontario (CYYZ) using a BD-700 Global Express bearing registration D-AFAM, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(J) On or about July 07, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between Dubai, United Arab Emirates (OMDW) and Toronto, Ontario (CYYZ) via Trabzon, Turkey (LTCG), Nuremberg, Germany (EDDN), Keflavik, Iceland (BIKF) and Goose Bay, Newfoundland (CYYR) using a Learjet 60 bearing registration D-CNUE, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(K) On or about July 08, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between Toronto, Ontario (CYYZ) and Hannover, Germany (EDDV) via Kangerlussuaq, Greenland (BGSF) using a Learjet 60 bearing registration D-CNUE, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(L) On or about July 26, 2017, FAI rent-a-jet AG operated an air service between Vancouver, British Columbia (CYVR) and Southampton, United Kingdom (EGHI) via Iqaluit, Nunavut (CYFB) using a Bombardier Challenger 604 bearing registration D-AFAC, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.
