On or about August 06, 2014, Jazz Aviation LP failed to display in a prominent place at the business offices of the licensee, located at the Charlottetown Airport, PEI, a sign indicating that the tariffs for the domestic service offered by the licensee, including the terms and conditions of carriage, are available for public inspection; thereby violating paragraph 67.1(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
