Contravention
(A) On or about December 31, 2015, Lake Placid Airways, Inc. operated an air service between Lake Placid, New York, USA and Toronto, Ontario, Canada using a Cessna 414 type aircraft bearing registration N83D, to transport a passenger without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.
