Porter Airlines Inc.
Contravention
(A) On or about December 16, 2022, Porter Airlines Inc. on its website (www.flyporter.com) sold, caused to be sold or publicly offered for sale in Canada an air service using large aircraft without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service , thereby contravening section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act.
(B) On or about December 16, 2022, Porter Airlines Inc. on its Facebook account sold, caused to be sold or publicly offered for sale in Canada an air service using large aircraft without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service , thereby contravening section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act.
(C) On or about December 16, 2022, Porter Airlines Inc. on its Twitter account sold, caused to be sold or publicly offered for sale in Canada an air service using large aircraft without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service , thereby contravening section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act.
(D) On or about December 19, 2022, Porter Airlines Inc. on its Linkedin account sold, caused to be sold or publicly offered for sale in Canada an air service using large aircraft without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act in respect of that service, thereby contravening section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act.;
