Results of an investigation indicate that Private Air Inc. is in contravention of subsection 178.(5) of the Canada Transportation Act by not providing, with regard to aircraft C-GKAY, copies of the aircraft journey logs or flight records, showing aircraft registration, flight routing including the origin and destination of flight, for the month of February 2013.
