Contravention
(1) On or about August 11, 2023, Sun Country, Inc. failed to charge the tolls and apply the terms and conditions of carriage specified in its tariff, namely: Sun Country, Inc. applied charges to a passenger (PNR # L39VXI) for their first and second pieces of checked baggage, contrary to the tolls and terms and conditions of Rule 115 of Sun Country Inc.'s tariff in effect at the time, thereby contravening subsection 110(4) of the Air Transportation Regulations (ATR).
