Contravention
(A) On or about July 22, 2023, Unicair GmbH operated an air service using a Bombardier Challenger type aircraft bearing registration D-AONE from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador (CYYT) to Cologne, Germany (EDDK) without holding a licence issued under Part II of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the CTA.
