(D) On or about September 11, 2019 at Calgary International Airport, United Airlines, Inc. operated a flight from Calgary, Alberta, Canada without displaying in a visible manner at Boarding Gate no.E84 for flight no.UA312, a notice containing the prescribed text, thereby contravening subsection 7(1) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. .
