USAC Airways 691, LLC d/b/a Paragon Jets

Contravention

(A) On or about June 6, 2016, USAC Airways 691, LLC d/b/a Paragon Jets operated an air service between Palm Beach (Florida, USA) and Montreal (Canada), using a Challenger 600 aircraft bearing registration N441PJ, transporting passenger without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(B) On or about June 15, 2016, USAC Airways 691, LLC d/b/a Paragon Jets operated an air service between San Diego (California, USA) and Toronto (Canada), using a Challenger 600 aircraft bearing registration N358PJ, transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(C) On or about June 16, 2016, USAC Airways 691, LLC d/b/a Paragon Jets operated an air service between Toronto (Canada) and Newark (New Jersey, USA), using a Challenger 600 aircraft bearing registration N358PJ, transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(D) On or about June 18, 2016, USAC Airways 691, LLC d/b/a Paragon Jets operated an air service between George Town (Cayman Islands) et Windsor (Canada), using a Challenger 600 aircraft bearing registration N358PJ, transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(E) On or about July 3, 2016, USAC Airways 691, LLC d/b/a Paragon Jets operated an air service between entre Los Angeles (California, USA) and Vancouver (Canada), using a Challenger 600 aircraft bearing registration N441PJ, transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.

(F) On or about July 4, 2016, USAC Airways 691, LLC d/b/a Paragon Jets operated an air service between Vancouver (Canada) and Las Vegas (Nevada, USA), using a Challenger 600 aircraft bearing registration N441PJ, transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the CTA.
