(A) On or about July 17, 2023, at Calgary International Airport (CYYC), WestJet failed to provide the passengers, by means of audible announcements, the reason for the delay for flight number WS3008, thereby contravening subsection 13(4) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR).
