Contravention
On or about March 17, 2014, Wil-Be Services inc operated an air service between Levis (Quebec), Quebec (Quebec), Albany (New York, USA), Glen Falls (New York, USA), Quebec (Quebec) and Levis (Quebec), in that order, using a Beech B60 aircraft bearing registration C-GBDJ to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
On or about March 27, 2014, Wil-Be Services inc operated an air service between Levis (Quebec), Val d'Or (Quebec) et Levis (Quebec), in that order, using a Beech B60 aircraft bearing registration C-GBDJ to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
