On or about March 03, 2017, the Winnipeg Airports Authority failed to ensure that all their employees and contractors who are required by these Regulations to receive training complete their initial training within 60 days after the commencement of their duties thereby violating section 8 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations.

On or about March 03, 2017, the Winnipeg Airports Authority failed to ensure that all their employees and contractors receive periodic refresher training sessions appropriate to the requirements of their function, thereby violating section 9 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
