(B) On or about May 2, 2012, Unaalik Aviation (2004) Inc. operated an air service between Resolute Bay, Nunavut, Canada (CYRB), and Qaanaaq Airport, Greenland (BGQQ) using a Dehavilland DHC-6/300 aircraft bearing registration C‑FASG, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act. (C) On or about June 14, 2011, Pegasus Elite Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Milan, Italy and Toronto, Ontario, Canada using a Gulfstream IV type aircraft bearing registration N771AV to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10. (D) On or about July 19 and 22, 2011, Pegasus Elite Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Portsmouth, New Hampshire, USA and Prince Rupert and Masset, British Columbia, Canada using a Gulfstream III type aircraft bearing registration N516TR to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10. (E) On or about August 4, 2011, Pegasus Elite Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Teterboro, New Jersey, USA and Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Ibiza, Europe using a Gulfstream III type aircraft bearing registration N516TR to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10.
