(A) On or about May 1, 2012, Unaalik Aviation (2004) Inc. operated an air service between Qaanaaq Airport, Greenland (BGQQ), and Resolute Bay, Nunavut, Canada (CYRB) using a Douglas DC-3C aircraft bearing registration C-FMKB, to transport cargo without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

(B) On or about May 2, 2012, Unaalik Aviation (2004) Inc. operated an air service between Resolute Bay, Nunavut, Canada (CYRB), and Qaanaaq Airport, Greenland (BGQQ) using a Dehavilland DHC-6/300 aircraft bearing registration C‑FASG, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

(C) On or about May 3, 2012, Unaalik Aviation (2004) Inc. operated an air service between Qaanaaq Airport, Greenland (BGQQ), and Resolute Bay, Nunavut, .Canada (CYRB) using a Dehavilland DHC-6/300 aircraft bearing registration C-FASG, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

(D) On or about August 13, 2012, Unaalik Aviation (2004) Inc. operated an air service between Resolute Bay, Nunavut, Canada (CYRB), and Qaanaaq Airport, Greenland (BGQQ) using a Dehavilland DHC-6/300 aircraft bearing registration C‑GXXB, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

(E) On or about August 15, 2012, Unaalik Aviation (2004) Inc. operated an air service between Qaanaaq Airport, Greenland (BGQQ), and Resolute Bay, Nunavut, Canada (CYRB) using a Dehavilland DHC-6/300 aircraft bearing registration C-GXXB, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

This is the second time that Iberia, Lineas Aereas de Espana, S.A is found in contravention of section 116.1 of the ATR.

(B) On or about October 11, 2011, Air Liaison Inc. operated an air service between Quebec, Quebec; Baie-Comeau, Quebec; Wabush, Labrador; Rimouski, Quebec; Baie-Comeau, Quebec; Wabush, Labrador; Baie-Comeau, Quebec and Rimouski, Quebec, in that order, using a fixed-wing aircraft bearing registration C-FONY owned and operated by Grondair, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby contravening paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10.

(B) On or about May 21 and 22, 2011, Pegasus Elite Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Teterboro, New Jersey, USA and Montreal, Quebec, Canada using a Gulfstream IV type aircraft bearing registration N772AV to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10.

(C) On or about June 14, 2011, Pegasus Elite Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Milan, Italy and Toronto, Ontario, Canada using a Gulfstream IV type aircraft bearing registration N771AV to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10.

(D) On or about July 19 and 22, 2011, Pegasus Elite Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Portsmouth, New Hampshire, USA and Prince Rupert and Masset, British Columbia, Canada using a Gulfstream III type aircraft bearing registration N516TR to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10.

(E) On or about August 4, 2011, Pegasus Elite Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Teterboro, New Jersey, USA and Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Ibiza, Europe using a Gulfstream III type aircraft bearing registration N516TR to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10.

(F) On or about August 24 and 25, 2011, Pegasus Elite Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Oakland, California, USA and St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada using a Gulfstream IV type aircraft bearing registration N772AV to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service,
thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10.

(G) On or about August 29 and 30, 2011, Pegasus Elite Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Dublin, Ireland and London, Ontario, Canada using a Gulfstream III type aircraft bearing registration N516TR to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10.

(H) On or about September 9, 2011, Pegasus Elite Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Van Nuys, Nevada, USA and Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Anguilla, Caribbean using a Gulfstream III type aircraft bearing registration N516TR to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10.

(B) On or about April 26, 2011, Mr. Leonard Deraps operated an air service between Chevery, Quebec, and La Tabatiere, a community of the municipality of Gros-Mecatina, Quebec, using a fixed-wing aircraft bearing registration C-FZXE to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10.

(C) On or about April 26, 2011, Mr. Leonard Deraps operated an air service between La Tabatiere, a community of the municipality of Gros-Mecatina, Quebec, and Blanc-Sablon, Quebec, using a fixed-wing aircraft bearing registration C‑FZXE, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C.,1996, c. 10.

(D) On or about April 27, 2011, Mr. Leonard Deraps operated an air service between Blanc-Sablon, Quebec, and St-Augustin, Quebec, using a fixed-wing aircraft bearing registration C‑FZXE to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C.,1996, c. 10.

(E) On or about April 27, 2011, Mr. Leonard Deraps operated an air service between St-Augustin, Quebec, and Tête-à-Ia-Baleine, Quebec, using a fixed-wing aircraft bearing registration C-FZXE, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C.,1996, c. 10.

(F) On or about April 27, 2011, Mr. Leonard Deraps operated an air service between Tete-a-Ia-Baleine, Quebec, and Natashquan, Quebec, using a fixed-wing aircraft bearing registration C-FZXE to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C.,1996, c. 10.
