1263343 Alberta Inc. (Lynx Air)
Contravention
(1) On or about May 15, 2023, 1263343 Alberta Inc. failed to make available, in simple, clear and concise language, on a digital platform that it uses to sell tickets (www.flylynx.com), its terms and conditions referred to in paragraphs 5(1)(a) and 5(1)(c) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations, precisely information on denied boarding circumstances and information on the assignment of seats for children under the age of 14 years, thereby contravening subsection 5(2) of those Regulations.
(2) On or about May 15, 2023, 1263343 Alberta Inc. failed to provide, in simple, clear and concise language,
on a digital platform that 1263343 Alberta Inc. uses to sell tickets (www.flylynx.com), information on the treatment of passengers and minimum compensation owed by the carrier thereby contravening subsection 5(3) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
(3) On or about May 15, 2023, 1263343 Alberta Inc. failed to make available the prescribed notice pursuant to subsection 5(5) of the Air Passenger Protection Regulations, on a digital platform that 1263343 Alberta Inc. uses to sell tickets (www.flylynx.com), thereby contravening that subsection of the Regulations.
