Results of an investigation conducted by a designated enforcement officer of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that Flexjet, LLC has violated subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act in that it operated one fifth freedom flight in Canada, on behalf of Sumac Aviation Limited, without authorization from the Agency. Flexjet, LLC did not request authority from the Agency prior to operating a fifth freedom flight, using aircraft type Challenger 300, between Hamilton, Bermuda and Halifax, Canada on May 19, 2015. Thereby Flexjet, LLC did not comply with the terms and conditions of its non-scheduled international licence No. 150034.

Results of an investigation conducted by a Designated Enforcement Officer, Ontario Region, of the Canadian Transportation Agency indicate that Longtail Aviation International Limited (Longtail) has violated subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act in that it operated fifth/seventh freedom flights in Canada without authorization by the Agency. Longtail did not request authority from the Agency prior to each flight that it operated between Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Thereby, Longtail did not comply with the terms and conditions of its non-scheduled international licence No. 080051 for the following flights: April 8, 2015 from Toronto to Las Vegas, a Canadian originating flight; April 12, 2015 from Las Vegas to Toronto, a return of the same passengers to Canada, each flight using aircraft type Falcon 900 with registration VQ-BYT.

Results of an investigation conducted by a designated enforcement officer, Ontario Region, of the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) indicate that Air Gato Enterprises, Inc. (Air Gato) has violated subsection 74(2) of the Canada Transportation Act in that it operated fifth/seventh freedom flights in Canada without authorization by the Agency. Air Gato did not request authority from the Agency prior to each flight and for those flights that operated outside of Agency business hours, Air Gato did not provide notification to the Agency after the flights occurred. Reva, Inc. did not request authority from the Agency prior to each fifth/seventh freedom flight that it operated into Canada, and for those flights that it operated outside of Agency business hours, Reva, Inc. did not provide notification to the Agency after the flights occurred. Thereby, Reva, Inc. did not comply with the terms and conditions of its non-scheduled international licence No. 040079 for flights that it operated, for example: January 25, 2015, between Cozumel, Mexico to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; April 16, 2015, between Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; June 29, 2015, between Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

On or about February 26, 2015, AXAIR Aviation Inc. operated an air service between Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, Edmundston, New-Brunswick, and Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, in that order, using a Cessna model 421B aircraft bearing registration C‑FGDU, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about March 25, 2015, AXAIR Aviation Inc. operated an air service between Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, Bagotville, Quebec, Sept-Îles, Quebec, Rimouski, Quebec, and Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, in that order, using a Cessna model 421B aircraft bearing registration C-FGDU, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about December 19, 2014, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Tijuana, Mexico, and Vancouver, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about December 20, 2014, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and Kelowna, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about December 29, 2014, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Tijuana, Mexico, and Vancouver, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about January 15, 2015, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Tijuana, Mexico, and Vancouver, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about January 18, 2015, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Yuma, USA, and Penticton, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about January 19, 2015, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Mazatlán, Mexico, and Vancouver, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about February 26, 2015, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Reynosa, Mexico, and Montreal, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.

On or about March 26, 2015, Med Jets S.A. de C.V. d/b/a Jet Rescue Air Ambulance operated an ambulance air service between Chihuahua, Mexico, and Edmonton, Canada, using a Learjet 35 aircraft bearing registration XA-ICU transporting passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating section 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act.
