(2) On or about July 5, 2023, the Victoria Airport Authority failed to have signage that indicates the direction to follow in order to access a designated relief area for service dogs, specifically the designated relief area located outside the terminal across the road from Departures, thereby contravening subsection 227(2) of the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR).
